IS THE FIT CORRECT?
Junglo shoes fit correctly, to be sure we advise you to measure the cm of your foot and order according to that.
ARE THE SIZES PRECISE?
The sizes of the Junglo are abundant, they have a yield like the Nike, so if you prefer narrow and precise shoes, consider a number less, than your usual.
CAN JUNGLO SHOES BE WASHED?
Yes of course, you can wash your Junglo in the washing machine cold or by hand. Once washed, remember to dry them outdoors but not in direct sunlight. You can also use the drying function of your washing machine.
ARE JUNGLO FINE IF I HAVE FLAT FEET?
Junglo shoes are particularly comfortable and for us comfort and lightness are a priority. The sole gives you the support your foot needs, giving you a pleasant feeling as soon as you put them on. The cork insole serves to support and center your foot inside the shoe, all using natural materials.
WHAT MATERIALS DOES JUNGLO USE?
JUNGLO uses natural fabrics in the upper, while the sole is made of rubber. All the materials used in the production of JUNGLO shoes are cruelty free.
Shipping, returns and replacements
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you don't like your pair of JUNGLO shoes, you can return it for free within 30 days. To receive your return label, write to email@example.com and we will take care of sending you the courier.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED?
It is very simple, once the courier brings your order to you, simply refuse it, we will then take care of fully refunding the amount. If your order has been picked up by a family member, colleague or left at the concierge, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?
Once your return has been delivered to the courier, it takes about a couple of days for it to arrive in our warehouses. Once the return has been received, we will authorise the refund on the payment channel you have chosen, normally the amount will be returned to you within 10 days of shipment of the return. You will be notified by email and text message, provided that you have left the authorisation to be contacted when creating the account.
WHICH COURIERS DOES JUNGLO USE?
We use the SDA or TNT express courier, delivery times are around 48h throughout Italy.
IS MY SHIPMENT TRACKED?
All our orders are tracked and insured. At the time of shipment you will receive an email and text message with the tracking number. To receive updates you must have given consent when creating your account, if you have not done so you can do so at any time by entering your profile and changing the settings.
ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?
Yes, payments are completely safe and are processed by PayPal. You can use your credit cards or PostePay through the PayPal circuit.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
On the JUNGLO website you can use all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
ARE JUNGLE ORDERS INSURED?
All JUNGLO orders are insured, this means that for any problem related to the delivery of your order we will send it again or a full refund of the amount.
